Over the last decade, I’ve dedicated my life to building community through coffee. I’ve built two cafés from the ground up, launched and operated two roasting facilities, and worked across every corner of the industry: green buying, roast profiling, barista training, workflow design, menu development, competitions, and the daily realities of running a profitable café.
The truth is, good coffee isn’t enough anymore. Everyone has access to quality beans, decent equipment, and nice branding. Standing out—and staying profitable—takes clarity, systems, and an experienced point of view.
